Made with a vibrant mix of berries and other superfoods, it’s designed to energize and nourish your body with its freshness and simplicity. Ingredients

  • 1-2 C frozen berries, organic

  • 1-2 C unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or water

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder; classic vanilla

  • 1-3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional:

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 - 1 C plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp Coconut butter


Directions:

Blend the berries, almond milk, protein powder, seeds, and optional additions in a blender until frothy.

Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.
